This rare and delicate still wine is made exclusively from grapes located in the middle of the hillside of the Bouzy "terroir". The grapes are carefully selected from vines that are more than 40 years of age.
Composition: 100% Pinot Noir Bouzy Grand Cru.
Palate: Well-balanced and round, sustained by gentle tannins, in a very present final harmony.
It goes admirably with game and meat stews. Some famous restaurants recommend it with fish.
