"Terroir" is the pride and joy of wine producers and the key to producing good wine.
The Savès family tends its 10 hectares of vineyards, which exist on average for 35 years, in the towns of Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne (Grand Cru) and Tauxières (Premier Cru).
Enjoying a perfect south-facing aspect and limestone soil, the Savès family tend their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties throughout the year, whatever the weather, and then blend them into different cuvees, taking great care to protect the environment.
